We’ve been chosen to be one of the 16 stops on the CAMRA Two Cities Pub Tour 2015 on May 23rd 2015. We’ll be popping a couple of special beers on, including our very own birthday beer made by Outstanding. I reckon we’ll have a bash at getting the barbie fired up as well so that everyone can have a nice grilled sausage to soak up all those hops.
This is a fantastic opportunity to see a bit of what the cities of MAnchester and Salford have to offer those with a bit of a taste for real ale. The hop on hop off bus tickets will take you to 23 possible pubs, some of which you’ll have come across many a time and some of which will be a new or different experience.
The bus runs from 12 noon until 9 pm and will be doing a route through Eccles, Broughton, Ancoats, Gorton, Levenshulme, Chorlton, Urmston and of course not-to-be-missed Stretford! Tickets are £4.50 and can be obtained from the bar or from any of the participating pubs.
I’m hoping to get a bit of time to see some of the tour myself and certainly mum and dad Garlick are looking forward to a day out on the bus. Looking forward to seeing loads of you en-route!
